About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to support a major infrastructure and staff relocation program within a dynamic corporate environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT projects, including relocation or infrastructure deployment, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, endpoints, cabling) and proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.

Your Responsibilities:

* Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple staff and IT equipment moves across the campus with minimal disruption.
">
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (IT, Facilities, Operations) and external vendors to ensure seamless transitions.
">
* Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, resource plans, budgets, and risk logs.
">
* Communicate project progress and potential issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
">
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, data security, and health & safety regulations during all move activities.
">
* Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions.
">
* Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within set deadlines.

Your Profile:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
">
* 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, including relocation or infrastructure deployment.
">
* Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
">
* Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, endpoints, cabling).

* Experience working with vendors and coordinating third-party services.
">
* Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
