Description
We are currently looking for a well experienced Sales Dire ctor (gn) to lead and grow our sales organization across the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in driving incremental business, optimizing the sales process, and expanding TrendMiner’s footprint. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in team management, Industrial software sales, and building scalable, data-driven sales processes. We are looking for a team player who jointly takes responsibility for our company's growth ambition. The position is available as soon as possible at our headquarters in Hasselt, Belgium on a full-time basis.
Your Role
* Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth in the EMEA region by developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
* Team Management: Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Sales Process Optimization: Establish and refine a structured, repeatable sales process using best practices and modern sales methodologies.
* CRM Excellence: Champion the use of Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.
* Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage sales data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and report on KPIs.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to align efforts and maximize customer value.
* Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with key customers and prospects, acting as a trusted advisor to understand business needs and deliver compelling value propositions
* Market Development: Identify new market opportunities and support the development of go-to-market strategies tailored to regional dynamics.
Your Skills
* Proven experience (7+ years) in Industrial software sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing sales teams in the EMEA region
* Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and scaling high-growth sales
* organizations
* Excellent team leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talent
* Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and a passion for leveraging data to drive decisions and improvements
* Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Profound knowledge of TrendMiner’s target industries and its software landscape
* Team player mindset with a collaborative and hands-on approach
* Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as needed
* Proficient in English, both speaking and writing
