Senior Digital Learning & Product Owner LMS ! - NL/FR -
Brussels - Start : 01/07/2025 - Duration : 6 months Main
Responsibilities Design & Management of E-learning Modules -
Identify training needs in collaboration with internal teams (key
2025 topics: cybersecurity, onboarding, energy transition,
AI-supported design...) - Co-create e-learning modules with
internal subject matter experts and external partners - Train and
support internal LMS users LMS Redesign & HRIS Implementation -
Drive the continuous improvement and redesign of the current LMS
(360 Learning) - Act as L&D representative in the selection and
implementation of a new HRIS system - Ensure LMS is properly
configured to meet organisational needs Continuous Improvement
& Monitoring - Conduct market research and stay updated on
digital learning trends - Monitor and evaluate training
effectiveness and user experience Profile - Proven experience in
training needs analysis - Demonstrated expertise with digital
content creation tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia, Genially) -
Hands-on experience managing learning platforms (LMS/TMS/LXP) –
Minimum 3 years - Solid background in developing digital learning
content (e-learning, video, animation, support material) – Minimum
5 years - Track record in L&D project management (e.g.,
platform implementation) - Proactive, results-driven, and
collaborative mindset - Strong team spirit and motivation to tackle
challenges - Fluent in French or Dutch, with a good command of the
second language - Familiarity with instructional design
methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) - Experience in AI-supported learning
design - Change management expertise - Knowledge of 360 Learning -
Strong background in Learning & Development -
