PpOur client is a globally recognized energy storage manufacturer and a BloombergNEF (BNEF) Tier 1 ESS provider, backed by a leading international energy group with over RMB 30 billion in strategic investments. With a strong track record across renewable energy development, energy storage deployment, digital energy management, and grid integration technologies, the company has successfully developed and operated more than 6GW of renewable energy assets worldwide. As part of its global growth strategy, the company is significantly expanding its presence across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. To support this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Leader to drive the development of a high-performing partner ecosystem focused on Commercial Industrial (CI) Energy Storage solutions. /p h3About the Role /h3 pThis role is designed for a commercially driven sales executive who understands how to build and scale channel businesses in international energy markets. The successful candidate will bring an established network of distributors, EPC contractors, system integrators, energy service companies (ESCOs), and strategic partners, together with a proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth through indirect sales channels. Most importantly, we are seeking a leader with deep experience in Commercial Industrial (CI) Energy Storage rather than utility-scale standalone storage projects. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute channel sales strategies across Europe and selected international markets. /li liDrive revenue growth through distributors, EPCs, system integrators, energy service providers, and other channel partners. /li liBuild, manage, and optimize a structured channel ecosystem, including partner recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and partner development programs. /li liDesign and implement channel incentive schemes, rebate programs, and go-to-market initiatives tailored to regional market requirements. /li liEstablish partner segmentation frameworks and performance management systems to maximize channel productivity and long-term engagement. /li liCollaborate closely with technical, product, operations, and project delivery teams to support successful project execution. /li liMonitor sales pipeline, order fulfillment, project progress, and payment collection across key accounts and channel partners. /li liLead and mentor international channel sales teams while driving a high-performance sales culture. /li liIdentify emerging market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships that strengthen the company's position within the CI energy storage sector. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Business, International Trade, or related disciplines. /li liMinimum 8 years of experience in Energy Storage, Renewable Energy, Solar, Power Electronics, or related sectors. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience managing international channel sales organizations and partner networks. /li liDemonstrated success in Commercial Industrial (CI) Energy Storage sales is essential. /li liProven experience working with distributors, EPC contractors, system integrators, and energy service companies across international markets. /li liStrong understanding of channel business models, partner lifecycle management, and indirect sales strategies. /li liExisting industry relationships and channel resources within Europe are highly desirable. /li liExcellent commercial negotiation, stakeholder management, and business development capabilities. /li liFluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. /li liMandarin Chinese language proficiency would be considered a strong advantage, but is not required. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liCommercial Industrial Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) /li liSolar + Storage Solutions /li liVirtual Power Plants (VPP) /li liEPC and System Integrator Networks /li liStrategic Alliance Management /li liInternational Business Expansion /li /ul h3Pay range and compensation package /h3 pCompensation: Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Sales Incentives /p h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
