As a Medior OT Security Engineer, you will join the Soterics technology deployment team, where you will help deliver OT security technologies directly at our clients. This role is ideal for engineers who want to grow their expertise in OT cybersecurity while working in a dynamic environment.
You will be hands-on with the deployment and integration of Network Monitoring and Secure Remote Access solutions for large multinational organizations, supported by experienced subject matter experts.
Key responsibilities
· Assist in analyzing OT architectures and infrastructures (SCADA, DCS, IIoT) from a cybersecurity perspective
· Support the design, deployment, and integration of OT security solutions, with a focus on Network Monitoring and Secure Remote Access
· Participate in OT security technology deployments as part of larger security transformation programs
· Work closely with senior engineers and subject matter experts to ensure successful implementation and knowledge transfer
· Contribute to improving OT security controls, processes, and documentation during deployments.
General Profile:
·
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Automation, Electronics,
or
Computer Science (IT)
·
Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
· Strong enthusiasm for technology and motivation to continuously grow through hands-on experience
· Clear interest in OT and cybersecurity, with a mindset focused on learning and development
· Good written and verbal communication skills, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Basic understanding of network fundamentals and network security
· Comfortable writing technical and non-technical documentation for diverse audiences
Nice to have:
· Knowledge of
Linux and scripting
· Experience in a
professional services or consulting environment
