Junior Project Manager - Geel (Belgium) - Permanent PositionWe are currently recruiting a Junior Project Manager to join an established provider of technical solutions delivering projects ranging from standard products to fully customised, end-to-end installations. With strong in-house engineering expertise, experienced technical teams, and dedicated service support, the company delivers high-quality and cost-effective solutions tailored to client requirements across a range of international industries.In this role, you will support the coordination and execution of projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to installation and on-site commissioning. Working closely with senior project managers and technical teams, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Assist with planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from start to finishSupport the management of project budgets, timelines, and resource allocationTrack project progress and help identify risks, delays, or potential issuesCoordinate with internal teams, clients, and external suppliers to ensure smooth communication and collaborationOrganise meetings, prepare project documentation, and follow up on action pointsHelp maintain accurate project records, reports, and schedulesSupport problem-solving and contribute to practical solutions when challenges ariseBuild strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleaguesEnsure clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycleRequirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or another technical fieldSome experience through internships, placements, or an entry-level project coordination role is an advantageStrong interest in project management and technical environmentsOrganised, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks effectivelyAnalytical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitudeAdaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in Dutch and English; French is a plusThe Offer:A permanent, full-time employment contractA salary & benefits package commensurate with experiencePlease send over your CV to tom.walker@vividresourcing.com or call me on +32 (0) 3 318 00 74.
