The Role of an SCCM System Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SCCM System Engineer to join our team. As an SCCM System Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11 for 2,500 machines.
You will work on-site in the Liège region and collaborate with internal support and migration teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Migrating 2,500 machines from Windows 10 to Windows 11
* Supporting inventory, unpacking, installation, configuration, and validation of devices
* Testing Windows 10 applications and validating compatibility on Windows 11
* Troubleshooting OS or application issues with minimal user disruption
Key Technical Skills:
Required Technical Skills
* SCCM: Create User and Device Collections, Build Packages, Deploy software, Write queries for collections and reporting, Troubleshoot SCCM issues
* Windows 10/11: Troubleshoot OS and application issues, Experience installing and configuring Windows clients, Scripting skills in PowerShell, CMD, or VBScript
Nice to Have:

* Read and interpret SCCM log files during troubleshooting
* Validate applications for Windows 10/11 compatibility
* Experience with OS upgrade or device replacement projects
* Familiarity with Jira for project ticketing and ServiceNow for tickets and asset tracking

* A strong team player who supports colleagues in technical troubleshooting
* Able to clearly communicate with end-users (French required)
