Are you a dynamic, strategic leader ready to take on an exciting dual-property challenge at the heart of Antwerp?
We’re looking for an experienced Cluster General Manager to lead two distinct yet connected properties Radisson Blu Antwerp City Centre and Park Inn by Radisson Antwerp City Centre bringing energy, innovation, and commercial acumen to drive performance and continue to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Your Role:
As Cluster General Manager, you will be the face of both hotels, responsible for their strategic direction and operational success. You will:
* Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, performance, and profitability
* Lead and inspire diverse teams across both properties
* Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction while maintaining brand and quality standards
* Collaborate closely with Radisson Hotel Groups Area and Support Office teams
* Drive commercial strategy, innovation, and revenue growth
* Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and fun
About You:
You are a confident, commercially minded leader with a "Yes I Can!" spirit and the ability to manage complexity without losing focus on people or detail.
You bring:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager (ideally within cluster/multi-property settings)
* A degree in Hospitality Management or related field
* Proven experience in repositioning hotels and enhancing brand profile
* Strong Sales & Commercial background with a flair for F&B and Meetings & Events
* A forward-thinking, trendy approach to business and guest engagement
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal & external)
* Fluency in English, Dutch, and French
