🔑 Key Qualifications and Experience:
* The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience demonstrating deep functional and technical expertise across the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SuccessFactors suite.
SAP SuccessFactors Module Mastery: Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience in the following modules:
* Employee Central (EC)
* Learning Management System (LMS)
* Performance & Goals (PM/G)
* Succession & Development (S&D)
* Recruiting & Onboarding
SAP HCM Core Expertise:
* Solid background and practical experience with SAP On-Premise HCM functionalities.
* Global Implementation Experience: Proven track record of working on global rollouts in more than 15 countries, demonstrating cultural awareness and an understanding of international compliance and Belgian-specific requirements.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through system design, configuration, and process optimization.
📍 Location & Work Arrangement:
* This role offers remote work within Belgium. Occasional client travel within Belgium or Europe may be required based on project phases.
* Flexible working hours (part-time or full-time engagement) are available based on project needs and candidate preference.
