As the ideal candidate, you are a seasoned
Senior SharePoint, Power Automate and Power Apps Expert
with a proven track record of delivering impactful results. Your ability to communicate effectively while navigating complex systems will be key in this role.
* You manage and develop the SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Apps platform.
* You take responsibility for one or more Microsoft 365 domains.
* You translate technical requirements into clear, usable solutions aligned with business needs.
* You prepare structured proposals and plans of approach for management.
* You support and guide internal projects from concept to execution.
* You drive user adoption and knowledge sharing within the team.
* You act as a technical expert and trusted advisor for stakeholders.
* You ensure alignment with organizational strategy, standards, and governance.
What are we looking for?
* You have over 5 years of experience in SharePoint Online administration.
* You possess strong skills in SharePoint Online management and migrations.
* You are proficient in ShareGate and ReplaceMagic for migration and management purposes.
* You excel in workflow design and automation with Power Automate.
* You are skilled in app development and platform integration using Power Apps.
* You bring strong user adoption and change management abilities.
* You have professional experience in incident management.
* You are experienced in delivering SharePoint training to end-users and teams.
* You translate technical requirements into business-ready solutions effectively.
* You are proficient in English and can communicate professionally in either French or Dutch.
