You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry. Job Description: Provide quality support for operations activities within a multiproduct facility Prepare and review quality documentation such as project notes and quality plans Follow up and review project documentation including risk assessments, validation plans, procedures and batch records Share quality expertise related to clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing Draft and review documentation with a focus on deviation prevention and human error prevention Ensure compliance with SOPs, global standards, regulations and filing requirements Provide on the floor GMP support and carry out GEMBA activities Support cross departmental collaboration Escalate quality issues and QA events to the supervisor or manager when needed Requirements: Master degree in a scientific field or equivalent through experience Strong knowledge and interpretation of cGMP in a regulated environment Knowledge and interpretation of clinical manufacturing and regulations is an advantage Experience with quality processes and quality assurance Excellent accuracy and strong attention to detail Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills Good writing skills Good command of the English language Are you ready to make a real difference in healthcare?
