The Role: Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist



Gone are the days when SDRs just made calls. Today, we’re looking for a tech-savvy, digitally minded professional who thrives at the intersection of sales and marketing. You’ll leverage AI, smart outreach strategies, and data-driven insights to nurture leads, optimize engagement, and book qualified meetings at the perfect moment.

What You’ll Do:

* Lead Nurturing & Outreach: Use AI tools, marketing automation, LinkedIn, email, and events to create personalized and engaging cadences that warm up prospects.
* Smart Qualification: Identify opportunities using curiosity, empathy, and SPICED principles to ensure prospects are ready for meaningful conversations with our Account Executives.
* Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline using insights, analytics, and digital tools.
* Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with Marketing to refine messaging, campaign flows, and handoffs, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects.
* CRM & Analytics: Maintain accurate data in Salesforce, track engagement, and use insights to optimize processes.
* Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on sales, AI tools, marketing automation, and industry trends. Bring curiosity, experimentation, and creativity to modern sales.

Requirements

Who You Are:

* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, no extensive experience required.
* Tech-savvy: excited by AI, automation, and smart sales tools.
* A thinker and doer: enjoys building smart processes and experimenting with new approaches.
* Strong communicator, able to write compelling messages and engage prospects in conversation.
* Organized, analytical, and data-driven: you love measuring impact and optimizing results.
* You're not afraid to call or have in-person conversations. You speak your languages (Flemish, English – French is a plus)
