We are currently looking for a DSS L1 (Desktop Support Services – Level 1) professional to join our team on an on-site support role. Employment Type: B2B/ Freelance Contract
Provide Level 1 desktop support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and standard business applications
Support printers, scanners, and other end-user equipment
Configure email accounts and assist with VPN connectivity
Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2/Level 3 teams
1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support
