Nexeo Belgium is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Housing & Facility to support transversal services within a major banking group.
Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company supporting clients in the banking, finance, and insurance sectors throughout all phases of their transformation projects, from business consulting to IT solution implementation.
Main Responsibilities:
As a member of the Housing & Sourcing Services cluster, you will join the Facility Management squad and contribute to the continuity and improvement of processes and tools that support the bank’s operational environment.
In an Agile setup, your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
* Collecting, analyzing, and consolidating business needs and pain points.
* Supporting and challenging experts to define processes, product concepts, and functional architecture.
* Writing clear acceptance criteria and user stories for new features and changes.
* Collaborating with the Product Owner and development team during feature refinement sessions.
* Participating in user testing and supporting UAT preparation and execution.
* Managing small evolutions, incidents, and recurrent requests from users.
* Ensuring and maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation for operational teams.
* Continuously improving existing processes to increase efficiency, user experience, and compliance.
Your Profile:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in Facility Management or transversal support functions.
Technical Skills:
Preferred knowledge of:
* Archibus (FMIS – Facility Management Information System)
* Document management tools
* Plan management solutions
Business Knowledge:
* Understanding of Facility & Housing services in a corporate environment.
* Experience working with transversal support departments such as Procurement, Sourcing, or Communication is a plus.
Languages:
* Fluent in English (working language)
* Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is highly appreciated

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

Work Environment:
* Location: Brussels
* Hybrid model: Minimum 50% on-site, 50% remote
