Mission Context We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (minimum 5 years' experience) to take ownership of a large-scale Application Delivery program. This program involves multiple teams (front-end web development, back-end integrations, ERP interfaces, and third-party applications) working together in a complex environment to deliver a strategic release. The current setup requires strong leadership to structure, coordinate, and drive delivery. The ideal candidate will not simply act as a messenger but as a true Delivery Lead, capable of challenging teams (application teams), engaging stakeholders, mitigating delivery risks, and ensuring commitment across the board. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Organize, coordinate, and follow up on project plans, steering committees, and deliverables. Delivery Ownership: Ensure milestones are achieved on time, proactively managing risks and dependencies. Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of coordination between development teams (front-end, back-end, ERP), business stakeholders, and third-party partners. Decision Support: Push for assertive decisions, challenge the status quo, and guide the business toward standard solutions where possible. Team Coaching: Energize, structure, and drive teams in a less mature (non-agile) setup, increasing delivery agility. Risk Management: Anticipate delivery risks and propose mitigation plans. Communication: Run clear and efficient steering meetings, ensuring alignment and commitment across all stakeholders. Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years' proven experience as Project Manager or Project Lead in large, complex environments. Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams (internal third parties). Strong application delivery management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects to production. Ability to challenge technical teams on both front-end, back-end, and ERP integration. Familiarity with Application Delivery projects and risk management Soft Skills Assertive, structured, and result-driven. Able to energize and motivate teams. Excellent communication skills — can simplify complexity for steering committees. Collaborative, but not afraid to challenge or push back when needed. Dynamic personality with a positive and constructive mindset. Languages English: Fluent (mandatory). French or Dutch: Active knowledge in at least one, with passive understanding of the other.
