As an Account Manager and future Team Manager, what will the job be?
You will be in charge of a client portfolio: major accounts and BEL20, in various industries: Energy-Utilities, Finance, Retail, Telco Transportation, Pharmaceutical, Public Sector…
You :
* create and implement the commercial strategy
* contribute to create new offers and expertise
* take an active part in process improvements: every idea or feedback is welcome!
* prospect and build customer loyalty with decision makers (C-Levels) to identify new projects and needs, and understand their complex environments & challenges.
* are the point of contact for your client, and work in close collaboration with the HR & consulting teams, to identify the perfect consultants for each project or need,
* build competitive and relevant proposals to create the best offer (consultants’ team, expertise, conditions),
* get Team Leadership: building and developing your own team of high potential consultants
