We are looking for a European Data & Reporting Operations Lead (m/f/d) who is experienced, innovative, and collaborative to join us in our Insight-to-Impact Analytics team, based in our Headquarters office in Brussels, Belgium.
About the role
About the role You will be working in a team that defines and leads the overall data and reporting strategy for Europe. You will improve data quality and reporting, lead both internal and offshore teams, drive innovation in data solutions, and foster strong business engagement and data literacy.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working with a diverse team of data professionals, including internal and offshore data and reporting teams. You will collaborate closely with IT/DT, Advanced Analytics, Omni-channel, Compliance, and the Intercontinental region to ensure alignment on data and reporting activities.
What you’ll do
1. Develop and implement the data and reporting strategy for Europe.
2. Drive automation from a data delivery perspective in collaboration with IT/DT.
3. Enhance data quality through effective team management.
4. Lead and inspire internal and offshore teams.
5. Promote business engagement and data literacy.
6. Collaborate with the Intercontinental region for alignment.
7. Innovate data solutions and processes (Power BI, Collibra, MDM).
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
8. At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in data management and reporting within the pharmaceutical sector.
9. Extensive experience with BI applications such as Qlik and Power BI and data solutions such as Collibra, MDM technology
10. Proven experience in managing offshore teams, coordinating across time zones and cultures, ensuring timely project delivery, and providing effective line management.
11. Black Belt Six Sigma or comparable qualification.
12. Experience in leading business-critical initiatives within a matrix organization.
