As a Talent Acquisition intern, you'll be part of our dynamic team, working directly withour local HR Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-onexperience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition but you can also get involved inother aspects of HR and office life while contributing to the growth and success of afast-paced tech company.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening CVs, building a pipeline of candidates and coordinate interviews
* Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (Lever) with candidate information and recruitment activity, interview notes.
* Prepare all offer documentation
* Assist in onboarding new Malters and help create an exceptional employee experience
* Help with the organisation of team events and local engagement initiatives
* Contribute to HR/TA reporting and analytics for the Benelux
* Assist in implementing company-wide HR/TA projects at the local level
About You
* Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR in the tech industry
* Experience with ATS systems is a plus
* Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
* Strong communication written and oral
* Natural ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
* Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in TA/HR
* You are vibrant person with a passion for fostering a productive andpositive work environment
* Fluent English and French, Dutch is a plus
