This position is part of the Finance Department and will be located in São Paulo, Brazil, reporting to the Controller Latam and Canada.
In this role, you will serve as an LAC FP&A specialist and trusted business partner, shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and supporting executive decision‑making. You will own core planning and forecasting processes, lead complex cross‑functional initiatives, and provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership to enable sustainable growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range planning; partner with regional leaders to improve forecast accuracy, identify risks/opportunities, and deliver scenario‑based recommendations to support strategic decisions.
* Performance Analysis: Drive monthly and quarterly financial reviews, including variance and root‑cause analysis; build financial models and provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.
* Business Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations; evaluate investments and business cases while influencing decision‑making through data‑driven challenge and guidance.
* Reporting & Tools: Design and enhance dashboards and KPIs (Power BI) and support the automation and scalability of financial reporting processes.
* Continuous Improvement: Strengthen FP&A processes, tools, and ways of working; apply DBS principles to improve efficiency, standardization, and quality of insights while promoting best practices across the team.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred).
* Proven experience in FP&A roles with significant exposure to senior leadership and complex business environments.
* Demonstrated ability to influence decision‑making through clear insights, financial modeling, and strong communication in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
* Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis expertise.
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, OneStream, and SAP strongly preferred.
