As Aftermarket Sales Manager EMEA South-West, you will drive growth, lead a high-performing team, and strengthen our market presence across some of Europe’s most dynamic industrial regions.

Your Responsibilities

1. Manage and coach a team of Territory Managers covering the Aftermarket for EMEA South-West: Benelux, France, Italy, Iberia, and Export markets.

2. Organize, develop, and implement a profitable aftermarket strategy for replacement filters and retrofits, leveraging the full product portfolio.

3. Contribute actively to strategic planning and decision-making.

4. Develop and execute business development activities to expand business with existing customers and onboard new ones, positioning Donaldson as the preferred AFM filtration solutions provider in the region.

5. Identify, evaluate, and establish the most effective routes to market.

6. Organize and participate in distributor trainings, trade fairs, and seminars.

7. Provide accurate and timely reports on activities, challenges, and sales forecasts.

Your Qualifications

8. Engineering degree (or equivalent technical background) with strong commercial acumen, or a Commercial degree with strong technical interest.

9. Proven experience in industrial filtration.

10. More than 5 years of experience in international and technical sales environments.

11. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals and long-term contracts.

12. Demonstrated leadership experience

13. Excellent communication skills in English and French; additional languages are an asset.

14. Flexibility to travel regularly within the region (minimum 30%) to maintain strong customer presence.
