Ph3Lead ICAAP Analytics /h3 h3(Full time, Brussels) /h3 h3Your role work environment /h3 pING Belgium is looking for a Lead Financial Risk, acting as Head of ICAAP Analytics within Integrated Risk. The role allows you to lead the ICAAP Analytics team responsible for overarching topics such as risk appetite setting, risk assessment and stress testing. Additionally, you help ING to define and steer its strategic objectives by proactively providing risk advice unlocking business potential and lead virtual teams on strategic change programs. /p pYou report hierarchically into the Head of Integrated Risk in Belgium, and functionally into the Global Head of ICAAP Analytics. /p h3Your key responsibilities /h3 pSupport ING’s strategic ambitions by proactively managing ING’s risk appetite on Solvency risk. /p ul liLead the bIdentification and Assessment of risks /b across ING, and ensure they are properly acted on. /li liCoordinate diligent execution of our must win battle on bcapital optimisation /b /li liAssess business financial plans against ING’s solvency risk appetite perform sensitivity and alternative scenario analysis. /li liAssess the impact of new regulations like CRR3 and propose corrective measures /li /ul pPositively impact the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process within ING Belgium. /p ul liBeing the second line of defence with respect to ICAAP and thereby working close together with Group Treasury/Capital Management. /li liOversee the implementation of the new Economic Capital Framework and supporting further usage in both risk management and steering. /li liCover internal and external (EBA) ICAAP/Capital Stress Testing as well as Climate Risk Stress Testing. /li liCoordinate local roll out of the Risk Appetite Framework, including solvency/capital risk appetite, allocation to risk types and preparing the annual risk appetite to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. /li /ul h3Team Leadership and Collaboration /h3 ul liAs a lead ICAAP analytics, you will be responsible for executing and supervising the quality of team deliveries.
