* Create a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with Compass Group's business goals.
* Lead and inspire the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
* Collaborate with other departments to implement technology solutions that improve business processes.
* Develop and manage the IT budget.
* Drive innovation to support growth and success.
* Stay up to date with latest technologies and best practices.
Profile
* 10+ years of IT management experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
* Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
* Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, rigorous, and dynamic.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* IT knowledge: Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, O365, SQL, Firewalls, Network Architecture…
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
