Overview

To accelerate our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across the DACH, Benelux, and CEE regions. Do you have experience in a larger marketing team but ready to step up and own the full function?

You’ll work closely with Leadership, Sales, and Customer Success to define and execute integrated marketing strategies that generate demand, build brand awareness, and support the full customer journey. This is a strategic and hands-on role — ideal for a builder who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments. We're a venture-backed team, growing fast and expanding into new geographies. Joining as a Key Team Member means actively participating in the company’s growth and it’s up to you to grasp new opportunities along the way.


What you’ll do

* Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy that supports business goals — particularly revenue growth and pipeline acceleration.
* Create awareness, educate the market, and establish us as a thought leader in mortgage digitization and automation.
* Own Marketing Budget allocation & management.
* Own all marketing performance metrics (CAC, MQLs, SQLs, ROI), and continuously optimize based on data insights.
* Produce high-quality content and collateral — whitepapers, eBooks, webinars, battle cards, and case studies.
* Drive multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, paid media, content marketing, events, and email.
* Manage and collaborate with external agencies (where needed) to scale execution while maintaining quality and strategic alignment.
* Work closely with Sales and Product to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and market needs.


What we are looking for

We’re looking for a commercially-minded, strategic builder — someone who can create the roadmap, execute, and iterate.

Required experience & mindset:

* 6–8 years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing, preferably with exposure to fintech or regulated industries.
* Comfortable marketing complex, technical products with long consultative sales cycles.
* Strong understanding of product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.
* Proven ability to tie marketing activities to commercial outcomes (ARR growth, CAC efficiency, win rate improvements).
* Deep experience with content-led demand generation — not volume-driven but focused, insight-rich content.
* Hands-on, collaborative, and resourceful — can lead, plan, and do.
* Confident in managing budgets and allocating resources to maximize ROI.
* FinTech industry network or past experience in companies like Mambu, Backbase, Thought Machine, nCino, etc. or connected to fintech ecosystems (e.g., TechQuartier).
* Potentially, previous experience as a solution consultant or product marketer making a transition into full-stack marketing leadership.
