international group, is now hiring a Sales Executive to strengthen
its presence in Belgium’s private sector and drive further growth.
MISSION To find, nurture, and convert new business opportunities
while supporting and growing existing customer relationships. You
will be at the front line of information management projects,
speaking with C-level decision-makers, business leaders and
decision-influencers, mapping needs and translating them into smart
solutions. As a member of the sales team, you will take the lead in
finding new opportunities, both with new prospects and existing
customers. In a competitive B2B market, you know how to create
demand and convert interest into lasting partnerships. TASKS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES - Proactively generate new leads and appointments
- Visit prospects and guide them through the sales cycle - Follow
up with prospects by phone, email, and CRM - Account management for
acquired clients - Collaborate with PreSales and Delivery teams to
scope solutions - Contribute to RFP processes where relevant -
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce - Report
to Sales Manager We're looking for someone who brings drive,
curiosity, and commercial flair to this dynamic sales team. What
boxes should you tick? - Bachelor degree, preferably in business -
Good written and oral command of French, English and Dutch language
- You are result-driven with a customer focus - A real networker
with “entrepreneurial blood” - Experience in consultative selling -
A very proactive Social Selling attitude is also required -
Analytical skills, transforming customer needs to a solution
proposal - Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect
on multiple levels - Knowledge of Information Management is an
advantage - Being able to work accurately and efficiently -
Flexible, stress resistant and sense of humor - Good knowledge of
office automation, including Microsoft Office and SalesForce THE
