Requirements
You bring:

* A degree in human, veterinary, dental medicine, pharmacy, or a similar field.

* Several years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales, preferably with a focus on generics.

* A proven track record of successful management experience, preferably as a regional manager or field force manager.

* Sales and results-oriented work habits, strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking, driven by performance.

* Strong communication and organization skills, ability to motivate and lead a team.

* Flexibility, high degree of initiative, and good command of MS Office and CRM systems.

* Excellent written and spoken English, Dutch desirable.
