We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join a a high level client and bridge the gap between cybersecurity operations and the client's business reality.
You will be the primary of the contract, ensuring technical excellence is delivered whilst protecting the commercial interests and paving the way for long term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading governance and steering discussions that shape the client’s security roadmap.
* Acting as a trusted advisor in complex, high pressure environments.
* Translate data into value to provide executive summaries to demonstrate clear ROI.
* Ensure SLAs are met, act as the escalation point for operational team, and manage the perception of service quality.
* Proactively identify needs in the client's security posture.
* Play a key role in managing scope, protecting margins and growing the account.
Experience:
* 4+ years in Service Delivery Management
* Strong functional understanding of Cyber Security Domains
* Experience handling conflict, dealing with KPI's and SLA's.
* Certifications are a plus.
* Familiarity with governance models, and government or public institution contracts.
Additional Details:
* START DATE: ASAP - Interviews as early as Friday with an immediate start if successful
* DURATION: Long term
* CONTRACT: Freelance
* ONSITE POLICY: 3 days per week in Brussels
