Responsabilités
As Cybersecurity Lead, you lead cybersecurity initiatives and support security operations across European sites.Your main responsibilities are :
Implementing and maintaining cybersecurity policies, procedures and controls at each European siteConducting risk assessments, vulnerability scans and audits, and coordinating remediation actions with Infrastructure & Operations teamsLeading incident response activities, including investigation, containment, communication and remediationCollaborating closely with the Global Security Operations team to ensure alignment with corporate cybersecurity standardsContributing to ongoing cybersecurity projects, including NIS2, and other Security Operations activitiesPromoting cybersecurity awareness and training among local teams and monitoring complianceMonitoring and reporting on cybersecurity KPIs, incidents and compliance metricsManaging relationships with local vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to security requirementsWorking with operations and engineering teams to secure production systems without impacting safety or availabilityMonitoring OT environments for anomalies, unauthorised changes and potential cyber threatsSupporting compliance with OT security standards such as IEC 62443 and NIS2
Profil
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, NIS2)Hands-on NIS2 implementation experience is considered a key assetExperience with security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection and vulnerability management solutionsStrong expertise in Windows and Unix operating systemsProven ability to identify and remediate network vulnerabilitiesExperience with security patching in industrial networks, as well as IDS/IPS operationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent English, both written and spoken; French is an asset
