The Regional Sales Manager DACH at Shuttleworth is responsible for driving revenue growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland by generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and representing Shuttleworth as a trusted partner in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key existing customers.

- Solution Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and online meetings to articulate the value proposition and respond to customer needs.

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through structured market research via among other CRM systems and internal market intelligence platform.

- Collaboration: Work closely with direct colleagues, marketing, product, and account executives to refine and optimize market penetration.

- Event Participation: Represent Shuttleworth at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to strengthen brand presence in the DACH region.


Required Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 4 years successful B2B sales within DACH, in material handling or industrial machinery related to PACKAGING, food, beverage, medical, pharma & cosmetics, paper & printing, e-commerce, automotive and other related sectors.

- Education: Bachelor degree, strong affinity and understanding of technical solutions.

- Language Skills: Native or business-fluent German and English other languages are a plus.

- Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM (Salesforce), sales prospecting tools, and office productivity software.

- Sales Competencies: Proven success in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively. Hunting mentality, motivated and technically sound.

- Mobility: Willingness to travel within the DACH region and internationally.

- Location: Living in Germany or nearby the German borders such as BeNeLux.
