Mission
The Supply Chain Director will take full ownership of the end-to-end Supply Chain transformation:
Define and lead the network architecture across Benelux and aligned governance structuresDrive structural performance improvement and operational excellenceDeploy the digital Supply Chain roadmap and automation initiativesOptimize cost-to-serve, working capital, and overall profitabilityStrengthen resilience and business continuity strategyStructure the organization and develop high-performing teams
This is not a traditional logistics leadership role. We are looking for a builder and transformer capable of combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.
