HAYS is collaborating with the leading company in the pharmaceutical sector.
We are looking for a Paid Social Media Senior to join the team.
What will your duties be?
* Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
* Develop and execute digital performance strategies tailored to each campaign and market.
* Plan, implement, and optimize SEA and Paid Social campaigns focused on conversions, traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness.
* Monitor campaign performance, including budget control, ongoing optimization, and detailed reporting.
* Work with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SA360, and DV360.
* Conduct benchmark analysis and competitive research to improve campaign performance.
* Optimize campaigns for e-commerce, product and service promotion, and brand positioning.
* Analyze performance data using tools like Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Semrush.
* Create custom reports and dashboards, tailored to diverse stakeholders and international teams.
* Implement and manage tracking infrastructure (pixels, tags, and events) to ensure accurate measurement.
* Execute A/B testing and track key KPIs such as CPC, CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, and cost per lead.
* Leverage advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions (including prompt engineering and automation) to enhance targeting and maximize ROI.
* Communicate and collaborate directly with stakeholders, global teams, and external suppliers.
* Manage relationships with global partners, ensuring effective execution of international campaigns.
Which are the requirements?
* Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across key platforms: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads.
* Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
* Familiarity or willingness to work with emerging and alternative platforms such as: Reddit Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus.
* Experience with X (Twitter) is a plus.
* Experience managing campaigns or projects within the pharmaceutical (pharma) industry is highly desirable.
* English fluent.
