As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for recruitment activities on our Charleroi site, managing a large and diverse portfolio of around 50 positions.
This role requires strong organizational skills, resilience and the ability to switch easily between different recruitments while ensuring proper follow-up for each. You will also be part of the European Talent Acquisition team, working closely with colleagues across Europe to share practices, tools and market insights.
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business positions on the Charleroi site.
2. Source proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent mapping and headhunting.
3. Advise Hiring Managers on profiles, sourcing strategies and market trends.
4. Prioritize effectively across multiple recruitments to ensure progress on all open roles.
5. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
6. Track and report recruitment KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement.
7. Contribute to employer branding initiatives (job fairs, campaigns, events).
8. Build long-term talent pipelines for critical skills.
9. Close collaboration with Business and Country HR team.
10. Participation in wider Talent Acquisition project across Europe.
Your Profile
11. Master’s degree is mandatory (Engineering, HR, Psychology or related field).
12. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within an international and matrix organization.
13. Experience managing a high number of recruitments simultaneously in total autonomy.
14. Proven expertise in recruiting engineering and technical profiles.
15. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards).
16. Good understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
17. Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
18. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly between priorities.
19. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
20. Resilient and able to work autonomously, while being supported by a collaborative European TA network.
