Job Description
You will be in charge of the following tasks:
Preparation and Testing
1. Fuel cell module installation/ removal:
- Collect/ Return Fuel cell module from Manufacturing line
- Module installation in test facility (fuel cell bench)
- Connect low and high Voltage wireharness
- Connect and fill-up cooling system
2. Fuel cell module setup instrumentation:
- Prepare and install different type of sensors on the setup e.g.: Thermocouples / Pressure sensors /Accelerometers / Strain gauges/… (TIG/MIG welding, machining).
3. Perform QA test
- Perform End Of Line Quality confirmation test
- Operate CANOE and ETAS measurement equipment
4. Reporting results to responsible person
Shift work: Daytime
Qualifications
Your Profile:
- Vocational Training in Automotive, Mechanics, Electrics, Electronics, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive workshop will be valued
- Experience in basic vehicle maintenance (wheels, brake, battery & fluids)
- Team oriented, organized, proactive and resolutive person.
Languages:
- Ability to effectively communicate in English is a must
