Regional Sales Manager - APAC Region
We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to support the expansion of an international industrial equipment manufacturer across the Asia, Australia and Pacific region. Act as a proactive sales hunter and grow market penetration across targeted countries.
* Co-create and implement the group sales strategy in alignment with global objectives.
* Define sales targets, prepare forecasts and monitor commercial performance.
* Take P&L responsibility related to sales volumes, margins and direct costs.
* Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and sector-related events.
* Oversee installation processes at client sites and ensure professional handover.
* Collaborate closely with Aftersales teams to guarantee high-quality customer support.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar international sales position.
* Experience in industrial equipment; experience in industrial laundry machinery is a strong advantage.
* Strong command of English; additional languages are considered an asset.
* Proven track record in business development and strategic account management.
