As a Laboratory Production Associate, you will be part of a highly specialized team working in a cleanroom environment. You'll handle incoming patient blood and follow strict protocols (GMP) to ensure the safety and quality of Legend Biotech's cell therapy products. (CAR-T)
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and verify patient blood samples. (apheresis material)
* Perform cell separation, washing, and enrichment procedures.
* Prepare reagents and solutions for cell processing.
* Operate and monitor biotechnological equipment.
* Document every step of the process according to GMP standards.
* Maintain sterile conditions and follow safety protocols.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines.
We're seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals who are comfortable working in a regulated, cleanroom setting and handling sensitive biological materials.
Requirements:
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in a scientific, medical, technical field or a high school diploma with a focus on chemistry, biology, or healthcare.
Work Eligibility:
* Candidates must be eligible to work in Belgium and currently reside in the country.
Transport & Flexibility:
* Due to shift schedules, reliable personal transportation (e.g. car, motorbike, or bicycle) is required, as public transport may not be available.
* Willingness to work in early and late shifts. (no night shifts)
Language Skills:
* English (working language)
* Dutch or French is a plus
