Your Team and your responsibilities:
You will be part of Operations Control Division.
Our Mission is to drive Parts Supply Chain Group (PSCG) Business to deliver the needs and dreams of our Customers & Stakeholders and Provide Operational Divisions the support to enable them to achieve this with a team of empowered, engaged and skilled members
Your responsibilities:
As admin support, you will support the teams of Operations Contol. In this role you will :
· Support in general administrative tasks such as presentation preparations, meeting notes etc.
· Allocate & follow up status of customer inquiries with responsible members within different divisions
· Follow up order status in system and inform responsible member to take required action
· Support preparation of daily KPI review and monthly webinar meetings with customers
· Daily check on new P/N's for BMW and Stellantis and update AS400 screens regarding relabeling and repacking instructions
· For power BI reports, several databases need to be updated and uploaded on regular basis

Vereisten

· You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
· As the range of tasks is broad, strong planning and organisation skills will be needed.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proactive approach in identifying challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
· Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team environment.
· Functionally you have a strong knowledge of Office 365 applications (powerpoint, outlook, sharepoint, Teams)
· Experience in adminstrative function is a plus
