* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of profiles, from junior to senior roles, including trainees and interns
* Advise hiring managers on role definition, sourcing strategies, and selection processes, and lead intake meetings
* Screen candidates, coordinate and participate in interviews, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
* Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including campaigns, careers website optimisation, and visibility enhancement
* Oversee onboarding activities and talent pipeline management, including contract preparation, pre-employment checks, and proactive talent sourcing
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in talent acquisition, experience within financial services.
* Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor
* Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to drive initiatives and translate ideas into action
* Fluency in Dutch and English and a good command of French
