My client is a market maker based in Czechia. They seek an experienced Short-Term Power Trader to contribute to their trading activities across the CWE. Who will help lay the foundation and build out the desk.
Responsibilities
* Execute short-term and intraday power trading strategies
* Actively manage positions, risk, and P&L within defined limits
* Monitor market developments and liquidity conditions
* Collaborate with quantitative and technology teams to enhance trading performance
Requirements
* Approximately 3+ years of experience in short-term power trading
* Strong knowledge of the NL, DE, and FR power markets
* Analytical judgement and disciplined risk management
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working arrangement
Compensation
* Performance-based bonus expressed as a defined percentage of generated P&L
