Our client is currently undergoing a critical phase in the delivery of a large-scale digital / B2B e-Commerce platform. This programme is high-profile, time-sensitive, and requires strong governance and operational alignment to ensure successful delivery and go-live readiness.br/
To support this, we are seeking an experienced Business Process Lead to play a pivotal role in aligning business operations with platform capabilities and ensuring delivery integrity across all workstreams.br/

As the Business Process Lead, you will act as the bridge between business operations and the e-Commerce platform. You will ensure that the solution is not just technically sound, but fully aligned with how the business operates—and where necessary, that business processes are redesigned, communicated, and Embedded effectively.br/
This is a critical role in addressing current gaps in product definition and governance, ensuring that every sprint contributes meaningfully toward a deployable, business-ready solution.br/

liCurrent delivery lacks complete and validated Product Descriptions, which are essential for platform readiness /li
liGovernance gaps are accumulating across sprints and must be addressed urgently /li
liThe platform must reflect real business operations, not just default system configurations /li
liWithout this role, there is a significant risk to go-live readiness, delivery timelines, and overall programme success /li

h2Key responsibilities /h2
ul
liOwn and author all Product Descriptions to support sprint delivery and acceptance /li
liMAP and validate key business processes, including:
ul
liOrder-to-Cash (O2C) /li
liPricing and catalogue structures /li
liCredit and approval workflows /li
/ul

liEnsure alignment between business requirements and platform configuration /li
liIdentify where business processes must change and lead the design and documentation of those changes /li
liDrive and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) /li
liValidate all delivered sprint outputs against functional intent and business needs /li
liCommunicate process changes clearly to stakeholders and ensure adoption prior to go-live /li

liProven experience as a Business Process Lead / Business Analyst / Functional Lead within e-Commerce or digital transformation programmes /li
liStrong expertise in B2B e-Commerce processes, especially O2C, pricing, and catalogue management /li
liExperience working with enterprise e-Commerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce/Magento or similar) /li
liDemonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements /li
liExperience leading UAT cycles and validating solution readiness /li
liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /li
liAbility to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure delivery environment /li
