Job Title: French-English Personal Assistant (m/v/x) to the CEO

Location: Brussels

Our client:

A leading financial group, centrally based in Brussels, is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and bilingual (French-English) Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. This is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious organization, supporting a top executive and managing diverse, high-level tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities:

* Agenda Management: Organize and coordinate internal/external meetings, interact with teams from multiple entities, manage and track requests and actions.
* Travel Organization: Book trains, flights, hotels, and create detailed itineraries.
* Interface Management: Handle phone calls, correspondence, and ad hoc emails with internal/external stakeholders in both French and English.
* Investment Mandate Management: Prepare files and organize related meetings.
* Event Planning: Manage invitations and coordination with caterers for business dinners.
* Mail and Logistics: Track mail, organize logistics for meetings, work closely with the office manager for hospitality (lunches, visitors), and oversee devices and IT contacts.
* Archiving: Manage and organize document archives.
* Driver Coordination: Plan and oversee transport arrangements.
* Expense Management: Monitor corporate and travel expenses.
* CEO's Personal Affairs: Manage the CEO's and family's personal expenses, bank accounts, advisor coordination, invoice verification, payments, insurance, property, medical appointments, memberships, and other ad-hoc requests. Send gifts and greeting cards as required.

Candidate profile:

* Languages: Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken (essential).
* Experience: 5+ years as a C-level executive assistant in a corporate environment (e.g., consulting, finance, legal).
* Skills & Qualities:
* Ability to interact with VIPs and high-level contacts discreetly;
* Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities;
* Flexibility and adaptability;
* Highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
