The Role:
We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager for our Business Premier Lounges in Brussels who take prides in delivering an outstanding Customer Experience.
The Lounges Assistant Manager is the Ambassador of Momentum Services Limited and represents our Savoir Faire in terms of customer service to the customers and our client.
The role requires a dynamic individual who can take ownership of the lounge operation and engage the team to deliver service excellence. The candidate must have strong communication / organisational skills, and acute attention to details. Experience in a high-end corporate environment such as luxury hotel brand, restaurant or cocktail bar is essential.
The ideal Assistant Hospitality Manager candidate must have:
* A proven record of team management and managing supervisors
* Immaculate presentation, being courteous and refined
* A hand – on approach, lead by example, be hardworking, flexible, result focused, enthusiastic and problem solver.
* Demonstrate resilience in a busy and constantly changing environment.
* Bartender/Mixology/cocktails experience
* French, English, Dutch fluency is essential, German is a plus.
Key areas of responsibility:
* Ensure that the Lounge team provides high standards of customer service
* Manage and supervise of the team.
* Responsible of the staff training in all areas.
* Develop the team through feedback, competency review, quarterly appraisal, and coaching.
* In charge of recruitment, rotas and day to day shifts covering.
* Responsible for Health & Safety as well as Food Safety compliance in the Lounge.
* Manage equipment orders.
* Accountable for the Customer Satisfaction scores of the Lounge.
* Able to deputise for the Lounge Manager when required as well as any other positions within the lounge such as supervision of other lounges.
