Your Mission:
* You will manage and develop the OEM business to drive the strategic direction and accelerate business growth for the Belgian market.
* You will win industry-leading customers within the core strategic sealing technology segment such as food and beverage, process, drinking water, and general industry.
* You will initiate sales initiatives and customer development plans to accelerate growth performance.
* You will work closely with clients' technical teams to design and develop solutions to their technical challenges.
* You will provide input on market development to realize the successful and profitable placement of customer solutions in the market in cooperation with your team.
Your Profile:
* A Degree in Engineering or Business is required.
* 5+ years of experience in B2B solution sales, key account management, and technical project management is necessary.
* Experience in sealing technology or a similar industry is an advantage.
* A strong sales-oriented and independent personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills is essential.
* The ability to present ideas to different audiences and communicate at various business levels is required.
* Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills are needed.
* Excellent Dutch and English skills are necessary, with French being an advantage.
* Flexibility and openness to working in a satellite office are required.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region is expected.
