To support our Development, Business & Engineering Solutions (B.E.S.) is looking for a Business Manager. People oriented and passionate by technologies, you will join us to build a win-win partnership with our clients offering technical an innovative solution.
Key responsibility areas:
* You will be autonomous in the execution of your business plan, you will be able to define your marketing strategy in accordance with existing clients,
* You are responsible for take over and develop existing clients & acquiring profitable projects. You merge the client's compliance & expectations with B.E.S 's profitability objectives,
* You also have the possibility to develop your client portfolio according to the opportunities that come your way,
* You develop your knowledge of your clients’ business & anticipate further innovation needs,
* Together with the recruitment team, you establish a strategy for the search for new talent,
* You manage the consultants' career on a long-term basis (with our support) & define his/her career path.
Your profile :
* You have a very good knowledge in English and French or Dutch,
* You have a Master’s degree in engineering, Business engineering or in Business and Administration,
* You want to use your business / technical skills to create solutions,
* You like to share your knowledge with likeminded engineers,
* You have an entrepreneurship mindset,
* You have strong sales, communication & negotiation skills.
