Become Business Controller for BeLux operations in Brussels and translate financial data into actionable insights, where you'll challenge assumptions, track KPIs, and support commercial opportunities in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities as Business Controller
* Partner with Business Unit Managers as their trusted finance advisor to translate financial data into operational insights that drive daily decisions
* Lead budget and forecast cycles by challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities to protect margins and accelerate growth
* Build and track performance KPIs to provide real-time business visibility and support project managers on risks and commercial opportunities
* Prepare monthly business reviews that tell the story behind the numbers and enable strategic leadership decisions
What you bring as Business Controller
* 2 to 6 years in finance, controlling, or audit roles within dynamic environments
* Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or related field
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a big plus

* €55,000 - €65,000 gross annual salary (based on your experience)
