CONTEXT:
As a project manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and implementing infrastructure-related projects, including establishing new cloud foundations and migrating on-premise integration solutions to cloud platforms.
For this purpose, you will consult with both internal departments and external parties and service providers.
You will receive technical support from experts in the integration and cloud team, the application teams, and their respective service providers.
You will manage the teams and coordinate the various parties to ensure that the solutions are delivered according to the agreed schedule and budget.
Your main tasks will include:
* Initiating projects: to this end, you will gather the necessary information to prepare the project canvas for approval by the project steering committee. You will guide the project through the various approval phases;
* Defining the scope and the associated work packages. You accurately estimate workload and costs based on input from the teams involved. You create an implementation plan to achieve the expected scope.
* Monitoring and reporting on progress regarding timing, budget, and quality, and reporting to the steering committee
* Monitoring risks, actions, and issues resulting from the project
* Organizing and facilitating the necessary consultations with all stakeholders, both internal and external, and at various levels (project staff, team leaders, steering committee)
* Determining priorities in consultation with the client/business and experts
* Developing test strategies and schedules to ensure quality

* The willingness and flexibility to travel to other locations in Flanders as needed
* Interest in and conceptual knowledge of common IT technologies (operating systems, databases, peripherals, etc.) and processes

* Demonstrable experience as a project manager for ICT projects-Must Have
