Are you an organized, versatile, and people-oriented professional looking to grow in an institutional and federative environment? Join our Brussels-based team as a Management Assistant (m/f/x) and play a key role in supporting our daily operations and governance bodies.
️ Your Role
You will provide administrative, organizational, and financial support, including:
* Drafting and managing correspondence, reports, minutes, and presentations
* Managing databases, surveys, mailings, and document archiving
* Organizing and supporting meetings (Boards, Joint Committees, General Assemblies)
* Acting as a point of contact for members, social partners, suppliers, and public authorities
* Handling basic accounting tasks (invoices, payments follow-up, budget support)
* Supporting office management and internal events
Your Profile
* Degree in Administrative Management, Secretarial Studies, or Accounting
* Experience in an institutional or paritary environment is a plus
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Autonomous, discreet, and team-oriented
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset

* Gross salary €3,500 – €4,000 (+24% FEE)
