Join the GSK Engineering Graduate Programme – Belgium, 2026: Help us get ahead of disease together ✨ Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early application is encouraged. Assessment centres will take place between November 2025 and February 2026. Join GSK’s Engineering Graduate Programme to help deliver high-quality medicines and vaccines that improve lives worldwide. GSK’s Global Supply Chain spans 37 sites producing billions of medicines and vaccines each year to improve global health. The two-year GSC Graduate Programme develops talented technical graduates for future engineering and operational roles through hands-on experience and tailored training. What will you do? Engineering Excellence: Design and deliver projects that meet top industry standards. Project Management: Oversee equipment from design to installation with supplier collaboration. Equipment Reliability: Improve performance and safety through predictive maintenance. Smart Manufacturing: Boost efficiency with AI and digital technologies. Automation: Upgrade and optimise systems using control and robotics solutions. Data & Analytics: Apply data insights to enhance processes and decision-making. Asset Management: Use condition-based monitoring for optimal equipment performance. Problem-Solving: Apply Six Sigma methods to improve processes and teamwork. Sustainability: Support energy and sustainability projects for GSK’s Net Zero mission. Education required: MEng or MSc in Engineering: Automation, Robotics, Controls & Systems, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer or Systems Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, Robotics Technology Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical or related field with modules in automation, robotics, systems, software and/or cybersecurity. Graduation by August 2026. Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in French and English Location: Wavre Expected start date: September 2026 What are we looking for?
