Engineering Excellence: Design and deliver projects that meet top industry standards. Project Management: Oversee equipment from design to installation with supplier collaboration. Equipment Reliability: Improve performance and safety through predictive maintenance. Smart Manufacturing: Boost efficiency with AI and digital technologies. Automation: Upgrade and optimise systems using control and robotics solutions. Data & Analytics: Apply data insights to enhance processes and decision-making. Asset Management: Use condition-based monitoring for optimal equipment performance. Problem-Solving: Apply Six Sigma methods to improve processes and teamwork. Sustainability: Support energy and sustainability projects for GSK’s Net Zero mission. Education required: MEng or MSc in Engineering: Automation, Robotics, Controls & Systems, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer or Systems Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, Robotics Technology Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical or related field with modules in automation, robotics, systems, software and/or cybersecurity.
