We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Innovation Lead to join our team. As the driving force behind the successful delivery of innovation initiatives, you will serve as the content authority within your hub, ensuring industry-specific insights and expertise are consistently translated into impactful project outcomes.
In close collaboration with the hub lead, you will form a dedicated leadership duo focused on steering innovation initiatives. Your core responsibilities will center on program management and maintaining excellence in project execution—delivering digital products that contribute to sustainable business growth.
About the Role:
* Analyze innovation challenges from clients and identify customer needs, market trends, and competition to frame a relevant design thinking approach.
* Define and communicate product roadmaps and strategy to align stakeholders and guide execution.
* Lead multi-disciplinary teams to define product specifications, timelines, and budgets.
* Use customer feedback and product metrics to iterate and optimize product performance.
* Ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
* Manage product lifecycle, including end-of-life decisions and product sunsetting.
* You will actively search for opportunities to enhance product offerings and provide internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
* A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in a client-focused role or 2 years of experience in leading digital/creative projects for clients.
* Strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
* Proven track record of delivering successful digital products on time and within budget.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
* Good knowledge of UX/UI design principles and techniques.
