We are seeking a junior consultant to join our Deal & Valuation department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate finance and be proficient in Excel.
The role involves analysis of financial statements, research of potential acquisition targets, and preparation of due diligence reports.
Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This role involves working on a variety of projects, including transaction services, valuation of companies, and M&A mandates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry related information and be able to apply this knowledge to support the preparation of Information Memorandums.
* Analysis of financial statements in the context of due diligence or Info Memo preparation
* Preparation of Q&A for management
* Research of potential acquisition targets in the context of a vendor's mandate
* Research of industry related information to support the preparation of Information Memorandum
* Draft reporting of due diligence report, valuation report and/or Information Memorandum
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* University background in finance or business economics
* Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French (you will work with NL&FR clients)
* Advanced working knowledge of English
* Strong understanding of Excel and how it can be applied to corporate finance
* Good knowledge of PowerPoint is essential for drawing up reports
* Prior traineeship experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, private equity, audit or similar environment is a strong asset
* Analytic mindset triggered to understand complex problems
