About the Role
As our Content marketing expert, you will be responsible for amfori’s always‑on content engine. You ensure a consistent, high‑quality flow of editorial, educational and evergreen content across channels, strengthening brand authority, supporting member engagement, and creating a stable foundation for campaigns and acquisition activities.
You are the guardian of continuity: planning content over time, managing the global content calendar, and turning complex topics into clear, audience‑relevant stories.
Responsibilities
Always-on content strategy and planning
* Develop and own the global always‑on content plan, translating marketing and business priorities into clear themes, topics and content pillars.
* Manage the annual content calendar to ensure a consistent rhythm of content across channels and markets.
* Apply audience segmentation insights to tailor content to priority audiences and use cases.
* Ensure alignment with amfori’s brand strategy, messaging frameworks and tone of voice.
Content creation and editorial ownership
* Create high‑quality, audience‑relevant editorial and evergreen content based on expert input, insights and research.
* Adapt content for different channels and formats (articles, web pages, newsletters, social content, thought leadership pieces).
* Act as editorial owner, ensuring clarity, quality, consistency and relevance across all always‑on content outputs.
* Maintain and continuously improve core content assets over time.
Briefing and coordination of contributors
* Brief and coordinate internal stakeholders and external contributors to support always‑on content production.
* Translate complex inputs into clear, actionable content briefs and deliverables.
* Review, edit and validate content deliverables to ensure strategic and editorial alignment.
Collaboration across marketing and communications
* Work closely with the Brand marketing expert to ensure content supports brand positioning and storytelling.
* Coordinate with the Product & member communications expert to integrate member and product‑specific content into the overall calendar.
* Support campaign‑led content initiatives by contributing always‑on content that can be reused and amplified.
Performance tracking and optimisation
* Track and analyse always‑on content performance using agreed KPIs and digital insights.
* Identify trends, gaps and optimisation opportunities to continuously improve content impact.
* Feed insights back into future content planning and prioritisation.
Profile
* Master’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
* Minimum three years’ experience in a content marketing, editorial or similar role.
* Excellent command of English (C2). Additional languages are an asset.
* Strong editorial and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for international audiences.
* Experience with developing content calendars, content planning and stakeholder coordination.
* Comfortable working with performance data and translating insights into improved content decisions.
* Experience with CMS tools (e.g. WordPress), analytics tools, and content collaboration workflows. HubSpot experience is a plus.
