As part of the development of embedded systems in the automotive sector, we are looking for a skilled Electronic / Mechatronic Engineer with a strong interest in vehicle technologies and system architectures. You will contribute to ECU development projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (system, software, hardware, mechanical), with a strong focus on quality, traceability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development of systems and ECUs for automotive projects (V-cycle)
* Analyze and understand system requirements related to vehicle dynamics
* Define, write, and maintain specifications: hardware, software, mechanical, and electrical
* Translate "paper" specifications into structured requirements using ReqIF-compatible tools (Doors / PTC Integrity)
* Participate in the design of vehicle electronic and software architectures
* Use diagnostic and validation tools (CANOE, CANalyzer, CANape, CANdela)
* Implement and analyze diagnostic protocols, especially UDS
* Contribute to wiring harness design and related documentation
* Create or modify 3D models and drawings using CATIA (basic level)
* Support modeling and review of Matlab/Simulink models (if applicable)
* Ensure technical consistency across system, hardware, and software domains
* Participate in system validation and testing activities
Profile:
* Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
* 3 to 5 years of experience in system or ECU development in the automotive industry
* Good understanding of vehicle dynamics
* Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools (CANOE, CANalyzer, CANape, CANdela)
* Strong knowledge of UDS protocol
* Good understanding of embedded electronic and software architectures
* Experience with requirement management tools (Doors, PTC Integrity, or other ReqIF-based tools)
* Knowledge of wiring harness design and electrical schematics
* Basic knowledge of CATIA (3D modeling and drafting)
* Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink (model creation and review) is a plus
* Strong analytical skills, rigor, and team-oriented mindset
